专利摘要:
A hydrostatic steering controller including a pair of valve members which are relatively movable in opposite directions from a neutral position to a pair of operating positions to control flow between a fluid pressure source and a hydraulic steering motor. In each of the operating positions the valve members include interfacing surfaces which define part of a first passage directing high pressure fluid to the steering motor and a second passage directing low pressure fluid from the steering motor to a reservoir. The interfacing surfaces of the valve members create a pressure dam between the first and second passages when the valve members are relatively moved by a predetermined amount away from the neutral position and to an operating position. The pressure dam minimizes leakage between the first and second passages. The pressure dam is created in a pressure dam groove formed in a surface of one of the valve members. The pressure dam groove is connected with the fluid pressure source, and is disposed in facing relationship with a low pressure return groove formed in a surface in the other valve member when the valve members are in their neutral position. When the valve members move to their operating position a surface on the other valve member moves into facing relation with the pressure dam groove, thus increasing the pressure in the pressure dam groove.

I1
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to hydraulic control valves of a steering system of a vehicle.
The aim of the invention is to increase reliability.
FIG. 1 shows a hydraulic distributor, longitudinal section; FIG. 2, section A-A, FIG. one.
The valve includes a housing 1 with a pressure valve 2, a drain 3 and communication channels 4 and 5, a dispenser 6 installed in it, formed by two rotary elements 7 and 8, and a control valve 9 containing two valve elements in the form of bushings 10 and 11 with longitudinal distribution grooves 12 and 13, made respectively on the outer 14 and inner 15 surfaces of the sleeves 10 and. 11, concentrically mounted with the possibility of their relative rotation and placed in the housing 1 with the formation of a pressure 16, a drain 17 and a communication 18 and 19 cavities, respectively, connected to the distribution grooves 12 and 13. On the inner surface 15 of the outer sleeve 10; two connected to the pressure cavity 16 by holes 20 and 21 with regulating elements 22 and 23 additional kiasasa 24 and 25, communicated with the drain distribution grooves of the inner sleeve 11 in the neutral position of the distributor and separated from them in the working positions of the distributor. In addition, an output shaft 26 connected to the steering wheel 27 is installed in the distributor. The communication cavities 18 and 19 communicate with the hydraulic motor 28 of the steering. The output shaft 26 is connected to the bushing 11 of the control valve 9 by an articulated kinematic transmission 29, with the pressure chamber 16 communicating with the pump 30, and the drain cavity 17 with the drain tank 31.
The valve works as follows.
When steering is not required, the valve members 10 and 11 are in the neutral position. After turning the steering wheel 27 in any direction, the valve element 11 is rotated relative to the valve element 10. In each of the working positions, the working fluid from the pump 30 is in dispenser 6 and then

in one of the cavities of the motor 28, and from the other cavity of the motor 28 in the drain tank 31.
The valve elements 10 and 11 control the flow of the working fluid, distributing it between the pump 30, the hydraulic motor 28 and the drain tank 31.
The proposed design of the distributor reduces leakage of the working fluid by creating a pressure barrier between the distribution slots 12 and 13 communicated with the pressure 16 and the drain 17 cavities of the hydraulic distributor.
When the valve member 11 is rotated clockwise from the neutral position, the valve members 10 and 11 are in the working position. The working fluid from the pump 30 through the combined distribution grooves 12 and 13 is fed into the dispenser 6 and then into one of the cavities of the motor 28, and along the opposite distribution grooves from the other cavity of the motor 28 through the dispenser 6 into the drain tank 31. In this position, the outer surface of the valve element 11 closes additional grooves 24 and 25, communicated by holes 20 and 21 with regulating elements 22 and 23 with a pressure cavity 16, therefore the static pressure in the slots 24 and 25 quickly increases to a pressure of the head and prevents the dosage from leaking The flow of the working fluid from the pressure cavity 16 into the drain cavity 17 through the contacting surfaces of the valve elements 10 and 11.
During the initial movement of the valve elements 10 and 11 relative to each other from the neutral position, the grooves 24 and 25 are not blocked by the outer surface of the sleeve 11, the pressure in the pressure cavity increases and presses the regulating elements 22 and 23 tightly against the walls of the holes 20 and 21, which ensures minimal flow working fluid through the slots 24 and 25.
